Product Verification and Return Policy

1. Receiving and Verifying Your Order

Upon receipt of your products, it is crucial that you carefully inspect and verify the order details before use or distribution.

Before using or distributing any product, you must confirm that all printed information is correct as ordered.

Your use or distribution of the product signifies your acceptance of the items as delivered.

2. Reporting Errors

If you discover any technical errors, omissions, or commission errors in the printing—whether caused by you or by Same Day Press O/B Anthony Junior Inc.—you must cease use of the product immediately.

3. Limitation of Liability

Same Day Press O/B Anthony Junior Inc. is not responsible for losses incurred once error/damaged products have been used or distributed.

Our maximum liability in the event of a verified printing error is strictly limited to the re-print cost of the incorrect items. We do not offer compensation for consequential damages, mailing costs, distribution costs, or any other costs associated with the use of the incorrect materials.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy differentiates between custom-printed jobs and standard stocked products:

Custom Orders (Final Sale): All custom printed jobs are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Stocked Products: Only standard, stocked (ready-made) products are eligible for return and refund within 20 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee is applicable for all eligible returns.
