Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly using reliable carriers.

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

To ensure timely and reliable delivery across Canada and the USA, we partner with a variety of trusted carriers. The specific options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and order specifications.

In-Store Pick Up: Available at our Brampton location (see contact info below) during business hours.
Local Couriers: For urgent, local deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
National Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

2. Turnaround Time & Processing

Please note: Turnaround time refers to the time it takes to produce your order and does not include the shipping time in transit.

Production Time Varies: The precise estimated production time for your specific product is listed on the individual product page.
Artwork Approval is Key: For all custom jobs, production time begins only after we have received final, print-ready artwork approval from you via email. This is not calculated from the order placement date.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed or artwork approved before 12:00 PM EST typically count that same day as "Day 1" of production. Orders after this time begin production on the next business day.

3. Business Days Definition

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian and Provincial holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not considered production days.

Note: Our customer support and walk-in facilities are available most Saturdays (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM), except public holidays or long weekends.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location:

Disclaimer on Carrier Service: We commit to booking your shipment and sending tracking information on time. However, we are not responsible for the promptness of third-party carrier services. Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays, weather, or customs issues outside of our control.

5. Shipping Costs & Limitations

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected speed, and order size/weight.

Shipping Region: We currently ship only within Canada and the USA.
P.O. Boxes: We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required for courier services.

Payment Policy

We offer secure and convenient payment options for all online orders.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following major payment providers securely at checkout: may not be visible all option on checkout :

PayPal: Allows payment using your PayPal account balance, linked bank account, or major credit cards processed securely via their portal.
Square: Allows secure payment using all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.) directly on our website.

2. Payment Security & Timing

Security: All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (PayPal and Square). We utilize SSL/TLS encryption for all transactions and do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Timing: Payment is captured in full at the time of checkout to begin processing your custom order immediately.
Currency: All prices listed on www.samedaypress.com are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
